The dealership and personnel are good. You just can’t seem to fix the cruise control issue. It doesn’t work. I have brought the vehicle in 5 times, but to date, no one seems to be able to fix the problem seem to fix the cruise control issue. It doesn’t work. I have brought the vehicle in 5 times, but to date, no one seems to be able to fix the problem. This is unacceptable, and a tarnish on the Mercedes Benz name. Costs twice as much as many other places for a full synthetic oil change on my A3. Took it three hours for warranty work, including a battery that doesn't work in winter, and was only told there are n synthetic oil change on my A3. Took it three hours for warranty work, including a battery that doesn't work in winter, and was only told there are no problems and it's not run enough. Funny. That never affected my old Jetta's starting ability. Wrote a complaint to the service department over a week ago and received no response. Thus this is a 1* review. Even acknowledging my issues would have made it at least 3* as they are all very friendly people, which does mean a lot. Interesting how dealers enjoy selling to people three hours from a dealership, but they don't like going out of their way for warranty service. More
