Was by far one of John’s easier sales since I knew the exact car and features I wanted. Before we test drove the wrong car from what I had described I had stated a recommendation/ referral from a friend w exact car and features I wanted. Before we test drove the wrong car from what I had described I had stated a recommendation/ referral from a friend who had also purchased a vehicle from Valley Import. He never followed up on that matter or the referral bonus and left it at that. I made the purchase and had even signed financial papers with the very former sales agent that my friend had purchased his vehicle from. I again restated my referral and recommendation from a friend. No discussion of a referral bonus was discussed to me until the very end for me to refer a friend. If this very “bonus” or service can’t even be completed for my sale who is to say it would even happen for my referrals? More

I do not understand that when I'm told I need a part and it is ordered in for my morning appointment, and I'm told that it will be done while I wait THAT I have to wait all day to find out that there is not it is ordered in for my morning appointment, and I'm told that it will be done while I wait THAT I have to wait all day to find out that there is not enough time to do it. I invoice out $1000 per day for my business, so you cost me $1000 plus your repair cost, and the repair was not even started, just verified that it was needed! I was originally told to come back in 2 weeks but thanks to Angi and her hard work to get my RV rescheduled, I was given a loaner and it was repaired the following day. All the thanks go to Angi! More
