My appointment was at 9. I made this appointment around a month prior. I was told the service would take roughly 30 min-2 hours. I made the sales team know I had moved and was from out of town. I needed transportation to take me somewhere to wait. 2 hours later no call. I called them and didn’t get through to anyone. Left a message. No call back. I called again and then was told my car had not been started that a car in front of me was still being worked on. I understand that things don’t go according to plan, but as the customer, I should have been made aware of this way sooner. I didn’t get to pick my car up until after 4 pm! I wasted an entire day without a car. The only great thing that happened was the sweet curtesy driver that offered to help me get around. More
