My wife and I started our search for a new car in a much larger city in the southwest and came across a wide variety of sales people. Anymore, car buying is becoming a commodity purchase - the internet has generally been setting the price and all dealers can do is offer a great buying experience and customer service when the time comes for maintenance. Initially we were set on a Mercedes Benz GLE and that is when we met Matt Pyle. Matt is incredibly good natured and exerted no pressure on us to purchase a car. He is very knowledgeable about more than just Mercedes Benz. We didn't find exactly what we wanted in the GLE and Matt suggested we test drive an Audi instead. He was able to walk us through the Audi and took us on a test drive. The fantastic part about Valley Imports is that it seems the sales people do not compete with each other for a sale - Matt didn't waste his time with us when we didn't find exactly what we wanted and we didn't feel the need from him to keep us looking at Mercedes Benz. We ended up with an Audi and Matt was still credited with the sale. Both Marshal Girodat and Kristen Pagel assisted us in some of the other complex decision making and adding things on like window tinting and a remote start. I think the business model used at Valley Imports creates an excellent customer service experience when buying a new car. More
