Michelle is very personable and friendly. That said, the 2 times I’ve taken my Golf to Valley Imports my oil has been under filled despite the service invoices saying “6 quarts” and “5.5 quarts” respectivel 2 times I’ve taken my Golf to Valley Imports my oil has been under filled despite the service invoices saying “6 quarts” and “5.5 quarts” respectively. I live in Crookston - 75 miles from Valley Imports. I thought the first time it must be a fluke, but the 2nd time I thought to check my oil when I arrived home. Oil temp was approximately 205 degrees after sitting for 5 minutes on a flat surface per the manual. The dipstick read below the bottom of the hash marked “full” range. The oil capacity of this engine is approximately 6 quarts. I had a quart of the 0w40 Euro Mobil1 you use on hand so I slowly topped up and it took the entire quart to get between 75%-100% of the way up the hashmarked “full” range. More

I recently brought my vehicle to the service shop at Valley Imports to have a remote start installed. The service tech was friendly and quite helpful. All in all it was a great experience. Had a misunderstanding with the trade in. But we were able to resolve it. John and Todd we great to work with. Valley Imports is a great place to do business. I brought my car in for an oil change and the mechanic sent me a video of the undercarriage and explained how each part was wearing.
