3 1/2 hours to wait for an oil change is a bit excessive especially when you are sitting in the waiting room. The worst experience EVER! After 3 week notice to service my RV Sprinter , had to drive back and forth to Minot 3 trips and $3500 cost they give me a Sonata to drive back to Minot.
