Wayne was great. I appreciated his effort to go the extra step to validate all of my tires were at the recommended pressure when I asked. Why 3 stars vs 5 stars: I accidentally went to the wrong ser extra step to validate all of my tires were at the recommended pressure when I asked. Why 3 stars vs 5 stars: I accidentally went to the wrong service desk before getting to Wayne, and Keith was there working with customers with his mask hanging off his chin. This is incredibly insensitive as the customers in the office were all wearing masks correctly to protect themselves. There may be some people who don't care if your employees are properly masked, but you should assume the customers wearing masks themselves do care. More

The service here is always excellent, and during my most recent oil change that was mostly no exception. The only negative I encountered was that while all employees had masks due to COVID-19 and the mask m recent oil change that was mostly no exception. The only negative I encountered was that while all employees had masks due to COVID-19 and the mask mandate, many either were not wearing them properly, or would take them off to talk to each other, or sometimes not wear them when you were around either. I called for service and they said they could fit me in on the schedule. Almost 3 1/2 hours later my oil change was completed. I’m not exactly sure what was going on that day.
