Poor customer service. Don was not helpful. I had to repeat what needed to be done. No explanation or followup. I had to probe for answers and still didn't get them. We need a 2nd visit to deal with eng repeat what needed to be done. No explanation or followup. I had to probe for answers and still didn't get them. We need a 2nd visit to deal with engine light being on but I couldn't bring myself to make an appt with Don. Not sure where to go from here. More
