I had a great experience getting my oil changed, even in the midst of a Pandemic. I'm moving and had already put it off for 2 months, so I was trying to avoid going during this COVID situation, but it was u the midst of a Pandemic. I'm moving and had already put it off for 2 months, so I was trying to avoid going during this COVID situation, but it was unavoidable. Valley Imports handled the process very well, even amidst social distancing. They mostly communicated with me through text and email to limit our contact, which I actually preferred. Also, they sent me a video of the inspection and a detailed report. This level of detail and care is excellent, and I appreciate how hard they work to communicate. I'm often nervous to take my car in because I'm afraid the costs will add up and I'll be uncomfortable, but my representative Levi was great and really helped outline costs for today and then future work to properly maintain my car. If anything, they over communicated, which I'm actually very happy with, since I've had other experiences at a different shop where I didn't feel informed about the work and costs. The use of technology and level of professionalism is unmatched. More

awesome experience both sales and service I had a great experience buying my new audi, the people i worked with were super helpful and made the experience a good one as opposed to what can som I had a great experience buying my new audi, the people i worked with were super helpful and made the experience a good one as opposed to what can sometimes be a stressful thing. And then on top of it, my previous audi was found to have serious issues and likely would have to be sold by me at a significant loss, Michele went over and above to reach out to audi and secure help from them to repair my previous Q5 (really to no benefit of valley imports). I cannot tell you how great it is to work with people who truly enjoy what they do, and really care about their customers. You have an audi customer for life. More
