I experienced no problems due to the recall problem before or after repair. I cannot comment on the quality of the repair. The staff has always been friendly and polite. They all seem knowledgeable. The only problem I have had is with online scheduling. The app appears to be designed for a smartphone. The appearance is poor when used on a desktop. Its appearance would be better is it would detect the type of device (smartphone, pad, desktop) and present a display appropriate to the device. This is largely my personal preference. The real problem is the drop-off time is defaulted to 8:00 AM and is not selectable. The time appears on the screen to be selectable but is not. More
