Auto Start Great service once I knew where Recon was. Wasn’t told it was a different location so went to Valley Imports first. Keith was very kind and helped me connect with Recon. Was not aware Recon closed at 5 and told my boss I had to leave early. He got mad and said he could not have paid employees picking me up and bringing me here and there. The employee who dropped me off punched out so don’t know what his problem was. When I told him Recon did not have a courtesy vehicle he blamed ME for not having worked things out ahead of time. Recon gave me the number of the Valley Imports courtesy driver and he was so kind to come and pick me up and was just so nice about the whole thing The young guy at Recon that was there when I picked up was so very kind and I think it was Angi that walked me through the autostart process. She was so kind and patient with me. My only complaint is that I did not know Recon was a separate building😊😊 More

Waste of my time Very slow for an oil change and a inspection. Didn’t complete everything i wanted looked at for the vehicle as I had the center console pulled apart f Very slow for an oil change and a inspection. Didn’t complete everything i wanted looked at for the vehicle as I had the center console pulled apart for their convenience to access items and instead of plugging items back in to finish the diagnostics on the satellite radio they just didn’t work on it. Whole purpose of my service was for the radio and it didn’t get touched and i waited for 2-1/2 hours for the car to be ready to drive home. Wasn’t given a copy of the inspection report so not sure if anything is wrong with the vehicle or not. Asked for it on 12/11 and still haven’t received it. When they did the oil change they didn’t install the protective under carriage plastic piece tight so upon driving it fell and began to drag and is now broken. $400 part plus labor to install. This was a brand new piece from a week earlier. More
