Waste of my time Very slow for an oil change and a inspection. Didn’t complete everything i wanted looked at for the vehicle as I had the center console pulled apart f Very slow for an oil change and a inspection. Didn’t complete everything i wanted looked at for the vehicle as I had the center console pulled apart for their convenience to access items and instead of plugging items back in to finish the diagnostics on the satellite radio they just didn’t work on it. Whole purpose of my service was for the radio and it didn’t get touched and i waited for 2-1/2 hours for the car to be ready to drive home. Wasn’t given a copy of the inspection report so not sure if anything is wrong with the vehicle or not. Asked for it on 12/11 and still haven’t received it. When they did the oil change they didn’t install the protective under carriage plastic piece tight so upon driving it fell and began to drag and is now broken. $400 part plus labor to install. This was a brand new piece from a week earlier. More

Excellent! From arrival to departure every staff encounter was a 10! Levi let me know how long it would take and then contacted the courtesy driver for me. They sent a video showing the under carriage of my car and told me that everything looked great They called me when it was done and sent the courtesy car for me.
