Good service, poor shuttle My service rep, Keith S., was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive. Shuttle service was very poor. On two occasions he failed. Purchased a Audi A5 Cabriolet I purchased a new A5 cabriolet from Valley Imports Fargo. I did this mostly over the phone and via texts with salesman by the name of Robbie and with I purchased a new A5 cabriolet from Valley Imports Fargo. I did this mostly over the phone and via texts with salesman by the name of Robbie and with the leasing department his name being Marshal, both were extremely helpful and answered all my questions & and concerns. I have only one question that has not been taken of and I’m hoping it will be in the not to distant future, and that is in regards to the HomeLink garage door openers. Robbie wasn’t able to set them upon delivery of the vehicle and so far I have talked to a HomeLink technician and Audi technician with no luck and I hope to hear back from someone that is able to correct the issue. More
