Absolutely did not exceed expectations Arrived one guy on phone one guy absent. Waited about ten minutes. They brought another guy ( he went to wrong side) over from the other side who sat Arrived one guy on phone one guy absent. Waited about ten minutes. They brought another guy ( he went to wrong side) over from the other side who sat in front of the desk which was in front of me. Of course when sales person arrived he was helped first. When it was my turn he looked at me and asked what are you here for. No smile no how are you. He was irritated. Told me my reg was at lunch. I wanted to ask why they made an appt for me at that time if my tech was at lunch but I didn’t. Came to pick up car same guy same attitude couldn’t find my tech or my paperwork.
