Absolutely did not exceed expectations Arrived one guy on phone one guy absent. Waited about ten minutes. They brought another guy ( he went to wrong side) over from the other side who sat in front of the desk which was in front of me. Of course when sales person arrived he was helped first. When it was my turn he looked at me and asked what are you here for. No smile no how are you. He was irritated. Told me my reg was at lunch. I wanted to ask why they made an appt for me at that time if my tech was at lunch but I didn’t. Came to pick up car same guy same attitude couldn’t find my tech or my paperwork. Erik ordered the accessories and arranged a time for us to do the trades, do the paperwork and drive away in the car we wanted. with maximum help and minimum fuss. Inadequate customer servic I had nothing but problems with this dealership from the beginning of taking my sons car in for a recall repair and diagnostic. I was sent the incorr I had nothing but problems with this dealership from the beginning of taking my sons car in for a recall repair and diagnostic. I was sent the incorrect video(not my car) when I emailed back to get correct one it was never sent. I went down a week after repairs was to be completed and the car hadn’t even been started on. The gentleman that helped us was ordering his lunch when we entered and we were not even acknowledged until sometime later when he was done ordering. I was called later to bring another key in order to open the glove box. When I went to pick up finished car the invoice was more than quoted I was being charged twice for diagnostics. More
