Inadequate customer servic I had nothing but problems with this dealership from the beginning of taking my sons car in for a recall repair and diagnostic. I was sent the incorr I had nothing but problems with this dealership from the beginning of taking my sons car in for a recall repair and diagnostic. I was sent the incorrect video(not my car) when I emailed back to get correct one it was never sent. I went down a week after repairs was to be completed and the car hadn’t even been started on. The gentleman that helped us was ordering his lunch when we entered and we were not even acknowledged until sometime later when he was done ordering. I was called later to bring another key in order to open the glove box. When I went to pick up finished car the invoice was more than quoted I was being charged twice for diagnostics. More
