Michelle is Great! I brought my Audi Q7 in without an appointment. Was getting an error that a park light was defective. Michelle, the service associate helped me. I brought my Audi Q7 in without an appointment. Was getting an error that a park light was defective. Michelle, the service associate helped me. I thought it would be a simple fix and so did she. Unexpectedly it was more complicated. I thought I would have to make an appointment and wait a week or two to get it fixed. Michelle and the service tech stayed on it and it was fixed the day I brought it in. Fantastic service! Michelle was great! I wandered from one lounge to the other and Michelle tracked me down to give updates. Seems so rare these days that this kind of service happens. Keep up the good work and give Michelle a raise in pay’! More
