The "best price" listed on each vehicle was nice in that it eliminated any uncomfortable haggling when it came to the actual purchase. I feel I got a more-than-fair amount for my trade in and financing was straight forward and thorough. Would I recommend Valley Imports to anyone looking for a vehicle, absolutely!! We got a new Tiguan! Valley Imports is always a fun place to visit and we have been Volkswagen fans for many years. (my husbands first car was a 1972 super beetle) We had Valley Imports is always a fun place to visit and we have been Volkswagen fans for many years. (my husbands first car was a 1972 super beetle) We had decided to downsize from our mini-van as some of our kids have left home and so we came to look at Tiguans. We first looked at the couple year old ones, but soon discovered that the updated version was much better, so we ended up going new. We have only put a couple hundred miles on so far, but we are really liking it! :) Valley Imports is a great place to buy a car with an easygoing, low pressure atmosphere. Thanks! More

Of the 4 dealerships I contacted in the same day/way...Eric responded within 10 minutes of opening. Did not hear back from the others for a number of hours. Erik was up front on the temporary condition of the vehicle and I still chose to see it that morning. Initial impressions of facility 10 out of 10. Initial contact with on site staff as I came through the door 10 out of 10. Initial impression of Erik 10 out of 10. And he has continued to maintain the 10. Finance discussion- clear, concise, and handled a change in a portion of my decision very well. No question of mine was evaded or unanswered. Some information I should have asked but the staff was up front and provided. I greatly appreciate how this transaction has so far been handled all around. This is the first vehicle I have purchased on my own. Excited and ready to take ownership tomorrow, Wednesday. Inspection and battery replacement I set appointment for my VW Beetle to service out and do inspection.
