Small headache Went in at my scheduled noon service, and at 3pm to pick up car it was still sitting where I parked it. Next time, service center took double the esti Went in at my scheduled noon service, and at 3pm to pick up car it was still sitting where I parked it. Next time, service center took double the estimated time to balance wheels and diagnose clutch cable sticking. Service said there's nothing they could do about the shifter sticking going into each gear and that's just how the Volkswagon's are. I think the people scheduling put too much on the technitions plate at a time for them to double my appointment time. Also had a dirt mark on the A pillar as if someone grabbed it to get out with dirt on their hands and had pink soap marks all over the seat and door panel from the wash. More
