I was fortunate to work with Lisa Lotzer, who not only facilitated all the paperwork, but also was kind enough to pick me up from the airport. I had never purchased a vehicle without inspecting it first, so I was a bit anxious that the condition would not be as it was represented. It wasn't as advertised, it was even better. Lisa and the Valley installed a new battery without prompting and also ensured that I had a second key, which is a significant expense from VW. Lisa's and Valley's customer service far exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to make an internet purchase from them again! More
