I was very impressed with the overall attention to customer service we received. The Jetta was full of fuel without me asking, the pan heater was installed in a timely manner, and they placed new rubber floor mats in the car. This was much more than I expected or have experienced other places. I am a pretty solid Ford guy, but this is my 4th VW (3rd Jetta). I'll be in the market for another car or 2 in the next couple years (or months even) and you are #1 on my list to work with again. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful stress free buying experience. It was refreshing. More
