10K Service Audi Q5 Would rather have had a loaner to go to lunch while car was being serviced. Driver was okay. Could have been friendlier and when we called for a ride back he said to call him back in 20 minutes. Then he did just show up about 15 minutes later. A loaner might have worked better. All was great with service and repairs. Marshall very helpful in going over car functions with us again. Happy that our back windshield wiper was replaced. Would like if Audi changed their policy on charging a fee for tire rotation. a service Audi should reconsider. More
