Left out details and after sale failure During the sale the sales manager and rep were good. During the negotiations they fell short on effort given to obtain the sale and final walk through During the sale the sales manager and rep were good. During the negotiations they fell short on effort given to obtain the sale and final walk through was disappointing. Ordered the vehicle with a towing package but was not informed that the wiring harness wasn't included. They were supposedly unaware of that and made no effort in getting that for us without a retail purchase in addition. Then during the deal they were going to line up moving a high end auto start at a local shop down the street. Went to finish that and made us look like fools and had to pay for it out of pocket twice because they didn't pay that shop over a month after our original sale and payment to them already took place. More
