Plaguing problem solved On recent trips the check engine light has become more frequent. On the last trip it was on over 90% of the time. The Valley Imports mechanic got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it. The only down to the whole operation was a glitch in a computer shutdown to finish the job. The repair was delayed by an additional day. More

I felt they didn’t have a clear idea of the flow of the buying and finance process. Finance especially. Nothing some more training can’t fix. I received the car and it seemed hastily detailed and still had a kinda grungy interior. None of the power ports worked and I had to bring it back in for warranty work within the first week. I still haven’t heard back from the service DEPT regarding the parts on order and it has been almost two weeks. Shouldn’t that stuff be checked out ahead of time by the dealer? Especially since it was a Mercedes CPO car? Another training/process item. All in all a good experience, but some more work is needed to really make this process shine in the eyes of the customer. More
