My wife wanted to take some time, see some different makes and models, and take the time to make an informed decision. We made sure that all of the salesmen that we talked to knew this up front. The first dealership we stopped at took a long time to set up a test drive, lots of paperwork to go through, and the salesman seemed extremely annoyed and short after the test drive, when he tried to close the sale and we reiterated that we were not spending any money that day, only researching. He actually walked away and left us when we told him that! He also lied, saying that the car we were looking at was a local one-owner trade, when it turned out that it was a rental from Denver. After that poor experience, we stopped at Valley to return some parts from the shop my son worked at. We didn't even consider a VW prior to stopping. While we were there, we saw a brand new Tiguan, and were impressed with the pricing. Steve was extremely polite and fun to work with, and even brought over a used Tiguan for us to test drive. He didn't put any pressure on us, and didn't pry into our finances like the first dealership seemed obsessed on. We ended up purchasing a used Tiguan from Valley, and had the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend this team, they know what "customer service" means, and give just as much attention to a family buying a used car as the guy buying the expensive Porsche. Well done, guys.
