Crooked salesman I bought my 2016 Audi Q5 from Valley Imports last year. Still in excellent condition with low miles, I decided to trade my vehicle and that's when I I bought my 2016 Audi Q5 from Valley Imports last year. Still in excellent condition with low miles, I decided to trade my vehicle and that's when I met with Greg from Valley Imports. He valued my Q5 at a considerably lower option Q5, which just so happened to cost significantly less than what the popular 'Kelley Blue Book' and 'NADA' valued the vehicle at. When this was brought to his attention, he dismissed them as not being "current". Yet, they have a sign on their door "NADA member". Crooked salesman sure rings true with this dealership. I brought my Audi to a different dealership, who offered me $9,000 over what Valley Imports did. They were also right on par with Kelley Blue Book & NADA. I was so pleased that I ended up purchasing a brand new vehicle from them! I will tell anyone and everyone how awful I was treated by Valley Imports. More

Matt Walz explained the finance with explanations of all of the options and also got right back to me with answers to my questions. Also handled changing our license plate to a special edition. Erik even delivered the Audi to our location 3.5 hours from the dealership, explained all of the operating features, electronics, and drove up our Honda trade in back to the dealership.
