She is very proactive and helped us with our new Q7 purchase and paperwork. She had really made our purchase process simpler and convenient. She was always ready to help us with our questions. She was always flexible and even stayed late nights to accommodate our schedules to complete the paperwork. She was a big asset in turning around our purchase so quickly and getting our Q7 on time. I have been part of Audi/VW family since 2006 and I can't think any better automobile selection I can make. And I think this won't be possible without your ROCKSTARS like Michelle Alm. I am really glad I chose Valley Imports, Fargo (ND) for my next Audi purchase, even though I have to travel from Minneapolis (MN) to pick my car but my trip to Valley View was a total worth because of Eric and Michelle. Went above and beyond! I felt so comfortable with David Donahue from the very start of what could have been a very uncomfortable process! When I showed up he canceled lunch I felt so comfortable with David Donahue from the very start of what could have been a very uncomfortable process! When I showed up he canceled lunch plans to show me cars, he was experienced with all aspects of the cars we were looking at, and made ZERO attempts at any kind of hard sell. We had Caribou while waiting for the paperwork. At the end of the day I drove off in a beautiful car, and a clear understanding of all financial arrangements. (Thank you, Michelle Alm.) I've contacted David several times about car questions since the sale and he's always been helpful. When it's time for a new car my first stop with be Valley Imports! More

I gave Erik my contact information and the time frame I was looking at but NEVER expected a follow-up. I can't tell you how many times at other dealers I've visited, asked for a follow-up and never heard from again. 2016 Outlander David Donahue helped us find the perfect vehicle and went above and beyond his job description to take care of us. He continues to keep contact with us (4 months after the sale) to make sure we are still happy with our vehicle. I just regret not going there sooner. I would work with Valley Imports again and again I needed a new vehicle and fast. I had a very specific list of things I needed from a new vehicle. I had very set budget. It wasn't looking promisi I needed a new vehicle and fast. I had a very specific list of things I needed from a new vehicle. I had very set budget. It wasn't looking promising for me, but Ryan Fischer, was not going to let me go without what I needed. I love that they don't operate on commission there, so Ryan was really focused on getting me exactly what I needed and not the most expensive this he could sell me. Ryan found me a car that fit every need I had and I loved it from the moment I saw it, the test drive was great, the paper work was very quick, it all happened so fast and I was so pleased with how well and how quickly I was taken care of at Valley Imports by Ryan Fischer. I would recommend him to anyone. I have a beautiful, safe and awesome new car now. I am so happy. Thanks Ryan. More

Great service all around! My wife and I were coming to the end of our second lease through Valley Imports just before Christmas in 2015. The original plan was to give our sale My wife and I were coming to the end of our second lease through Valley Imports just before Christmas in 2015. The original plan was to give our salesperson time to search the inventory, check for promotions and basically get the ball rolling. If there were any year end deals or customer loyalty programs, this was the time for Valley to find out. We stop in periodically to carouse the lot to see what might be in our next lease interest and we are always greeted promptly by Erik Swenson,our preferred salesperson. We have developed a nice repor with him over the years and have come to trust him and all Valley Imports employees. Erik was on fire this time around as he completed the fastest auto deal agreement I have ever been a part of . That says a lot coming from a guy who has a new car every 3 years or so. My wife simply laid out her choices and within a day or two, Erik was in dealings via phone with the exact model, color and package we wanted. He then proceeded to retrieve the vehicle in less than two days and had all the preparations in order. I was at the dealership for less than two hours which is basically unheard of. The finance portion of our visit was equally efficient and comfortable as we dealt with a very nice gentleman named Armin Arnautovic .He moved things along quickly and was very personable and knowledgable concerning the paperwork process. I will continue to seek out Erik Swenson every time I am ready for our next Audi. We are very happy with each visit whether we have a question about a car to needing assistance with a taillight bulb .
