Went above and beyond! I felt so comfortable with David Donahue from the very start of what could have been a very uncomfortable process! When I showed up he canceled lunch I felt so comfortable with David Donahue from the very start of what could have been a very uncomfortable process! When I showed up he canceled lunch plans to show me cars, he was experienced with all aspects of the cars we were looking at, and made ZERO attempts at any kind of hard sell. We had Caribou while waiting for the paperwork. At the end of the day I drove off in a beautiful car, and a clear understanding of all financial arrangements. (Thank you, Michelle Alm.)
