With regard to our experience purchasing the new ML550, I can tell you that the three main individuals with whom we dealt were great to work with. The entire purchase experience is the best I've had with any dealership over at least 50 years of auto purchases. Dana Martin is undoubtedly the most thorough sales person I've ever met - right up until we drove the vehicle off the showroom floor. She didn't miss anything, not even a fingerprint on the paint, in prepping and reviewing the new vehicle with us. The "run through" was so thorough that I felt totally comfortable with our new Benz right out of the parking lot. Likewise, my dealings with Dave Hawkinson and Kristen Pagel revealed people with utmost integrity and who offered outstanding consideration to me as a new car buyer at Valley Imports. When we discussed the predictable cost of this car vs. the unpredictable cost of something else, it seemed clear that this was a good choice for us. He was friendly and helpful even though it was a few minutes to closing time. A week later, I was experiencing issues so I traveled 5 hours on a Saturday to see if I could get it back in for service. Cory Burkhardt immediately got my vehicle in even though I didn't have an appointment. He asked the right questions, and all the issues were addressed. He even showed me pictures of the problem, explained how it was fixed and told me how to prevent it from happening again. My vehicle is working great. I have been test driving several cars and have not been totally satisfied with any of them. I had an Audi and wanted a good road car that was economical fuel wise and had good service. I sent an e-mail to the dealership on Thanksgiving morning and Erik Swenson texted me back late Thanksgiving night that they had a car in a color that interested me. I texted him early Friday morning and told him I would be heading down to test drive the car. He rushed to get it detailed and ready. He was very friendly when I arrived at the dealership and the car was ready to test. Erik Swenson asked for the finance information to get the financial end started. In less than 1 1/2 hours, I arrived, test drove the car, was given a thorough explanation of how everything worked, signed the paperwork and drove home with a new car. The trade in value for my old car was fair and the new car has far exceeded my expectations. Thanks Erik and Chris who made this such an easy, enjoyable experience. We were very impressed with the welcoming atmosphere of the dealership and employees we worked with. They made us and our daughter feel very comfortable. Tana was a complete joy to work with. Her personality is overwhelmingly awesome. She seemed truly interested in what we were looking for and was genuine in offering her assistance on that day as well as offering our daughter to come back and make sure she knew the function of all the buttons in the vehicle. Konstantin was also very wonderful to work with. He didn't give us the run around and worked in a very timely manner. I went back and forth with car quotes, he always so promptly answers my questions. In 2 days after, I went to have a second look of the car with my husband, requested to test drive 2 cars, one was a new one, and the other one was the used, we both agreed we liked the used one better, it was a better car for a better price. when we arrived, he lined up two cars, already warmed up, ready for my husband to test drive. We chose the car, and Eric was already ready with the whole loan, from the information I gave him over the phone the first time. We brought a wonderful car home, from start to finish in 3 days. The whole buying process was very simple and organized. We also went to the other local dealer, and the sales person played games with us, not answering our questions, but trying to give us more options of cars he is selling, which we could have done it over the internet, they just wasted our time. With Valley Import, especially Eric, we always had a wonderful time, we don't feel we wasted our time, the whole people who are working int his dealer are very friendly and professional. I definitely will come back for next car if we stay in town. You can't bargain for the price, but they have a fair price. Best dealer in town, hands down. More
