Everyone at Valley Imports was friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in the door. I knew what I was interested in and Joe knew his car facts! Konstantine facilitated the process to make sure nothing was over looked and Joe took time at the end to get my blue tooth set up and my daughter's car seat secured, two things I have never had a dealership help me with. I was extremely impressed with Valley Imports as we are moving to Canada and they knew the rules and regulations of taking the car across the border. Overall it was a fabulous car buying experience, and I wasnt looking forward to it at the start of the day! More

I brought my VW Tiguan in for service after there was a cut in the sidewall of one of my tires and it had an unfixable leak. I did not have an appointment but Brian helped me out right away. With no tire in stock but one being overnighted I was given a very nice loaner for the night. It was great to be able to get my car fixed and not have to miss work or rearrange my schedule. Let me say I'm impressed, I had friendly sales agents who were genuinely concerned with watching out for my best interest and spent time and effort on my behalf. I went in looking at the passat already fairly informed but Zach pointed out several thing to me and helped me learn about the vehicle. He was very prompt and all around helpful. Unfortunately when we went to close the valley dealership did not use the costco discount so the price offered compared to another dealer was not competitive (over 2k more, not fully due to costco discount). HOWEVER even though they knew that the price was lower and they weren't likely to get my business, they warned me of some things to look for and were absolutely fantastic, they weren't disgruntled or angry and I intend to have their dealership service my vehicle, which is where the real money is for a dealer anyway. Their team put their best foot forward even though I know it personally impacted their team, the dealership should be proud to have such quality individuals. I visited every dealership and this was the best experience of any of the dealerships in Fargo. More

I live 200 miles away from the dealership so I had to start out contact on the internet and I was immediately connected with Eric Swenson. We were able to apply for financing for the Passat I wanted and within about an hour I was approved. I had to wait until the following weekend to go to the dealership to look at the car and test drive it. The dealership was spotless and impressive. All of the staff were very friendly. We were treated very well. None of the dealerships in my hometown try this hard to impress or were this courteous and helpful to us. I will definitely be going back to Valley Imports for my next new car and would recommend them to all of my family and friends. More
