I recently moved from Fargo, ND to Williston, ND for work and unfortunately was in an accident and had to start the search for a new car again. I was not looking forward to searching for a car out here in Wi and unfortunately was in an accident and had to start the search for a new car again. I was not looking forward to searching for a car out here in Williston. I knew i wanted another Honda Accord and saw one for sale at Valley Imports. I sent them an e-mail and with in 30 minutes I got a phone call. I explained that I wasn't in the Fargo area and Zack was more than willing to help in any way he could. He took the car over to a friends house for me, they looked it over, took a test drive and got back to me right away. They were blown away with his customer service skills and had nothing but good things to say about him and the car. After deciding that the 2005 Honda Accord was the way I wanted to go, he personally delivered the car out to Williston for me. I was completely thrilled with this entire experience! The customer service that I had was out of this world, and working with Zack was effortless. Needless to say I am 100% satisfied with my new car and plan on recommending Valley Imports to anyone who is searching for a new car. More

Dealing with Tana and Kristin was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Tana was very concerned that I got what I wanted and was mindful of the price I wanted to spend. After the sale Tana took me over to the service department and introduced me to the lady I will be dealing with for oil changes, etc. That lady even gave me her personal cell in case I ever needed it! Wow....I would definitely recommend Valley Imports and especially Tana and Kristin! More

I was looking for a new car for my wife and visited with Erik Swenson. He was a pleasure to work with and meet all our needs. After getting some initial information and I stopped back in while Erik wasn't a Erik Swenson. He was a pleasure to work with and meet all our needs. I am kind of slow at decision making, but when I came back the next day Erik was up to speed on my situation and picked up where they left off. I have bought my last two Galant's from Kevin and it has been a wonderful experience both times. I just knew I wanted one with a few more features so i upgraded to the SE model. Kevin is always there if I have questions or concerns. Valley Imports was great to work with. I didn't expect to find an F150 at an import store but when I was searching around I found exactly what I was looking for. I am deployed and Erik Swenson made it easy for my wife to buy a car. He was a great and quick communicator, and once we had the car he showed my wife how to use some of the features. I was in the market for a new vehicle that was reliable, easy on gas/fuel and fun to drive. I personally had never owned a new car, but Kevin Duenwald suggested I take the 2011 VW Golf TDI for a spin. Wha easy on gas/fuel and fun to drive. Since I bought it 2 years ago I've taken it on a solo trip to New Mexico and back for under 350$. Four of my buddies and I took it out to western Wyoming for a week long rock climbing festival. Five guys and all of our gear fit comfortably! (the guy in the middle back was a bit cramped but hey) The miles clicked 2000 for the trip as we rolled into the driveway in Fargo. We each paid...wait for it...30 bucks. 30!! I love my car! The services have been promptly taken care of, any issues that I've had (tire nails ect...) have been fixed with almost zero hassle. The courtesy drivers are friendly as any I've ever dealt with. Even though I didn't buy my car from him, Eric always says hi when I'm in the shop. Kevin and Eric also remember my name and say hi even if I see them outside of the dealer! Crazy good stuff. All in all Valley Imports has been very good to me and I will likely be a customer there for a very long time. More
