Kevin went over and beyond in his explaining features, the dealerships reputation (we have friends that told us of the dealerships fine service) and never once with a feeling by us that he was "pushing" us in one direction or another. Kevin in our opinion stands out among the very best in sales professionalism. Added to the great purchase experience we had, I need to add that the followup Kevin has done since has been exceptional, as an example emails in keeping in contact, answers to even such little questions on how to connect a phone to Black Berry mode, all with so much patience. Continuing with service, the service department is exceptional! Our vehicle being new has had scheduled maintenance, always on time, without waiting and always with explanations of the service that was performed on it. I would recommend Kevin Duenwald first and foremost for his truly professional approach in sales and of course the excellent staff in service. We liked Kevin's sincere approach and what we saw in the vehicle with the options we wanted along with the price. Since we live in northern Minnesota about equal distance to other Mercedes dealers in Minneapolis, we chose to do business with Kevin at Valley Imports without question because of the way we were treated, a sincere no pressure atmosphere and the buying ease Kevin presented. In comes Kevin, patient and informative. Exactly what I needed before I made a second, high end purchase. After returning home that evening, the A4 remained in my mind when I called Kevin and asked to schedule time for a second look. Returning the following day, Kevin and I drove the car off the floor, onto the highway and that was it. Not certain if I was buying the car or the salesman as both played an equal role in helping me make the decision. Secondly, my old car which I had already researched its' value to my surprise was matched at the dealer, sold on the spot and drove away with my beautiful A4 making the entire transaction virtually seamless.
