My experience with Valley Imports has been perfect from the moment I spotted my Tiguan online. I was willing to travel to Minneapolis to purchase a VW. But after many hours online, Valley Imports had the the moment I spotted my Tiguan online. I was willing to travel to Minneapolis to purchase a VW. But after many hours online, Valley Imports had the best deal within 500 miles. I'm a fan of their best price, no hassle format. I think it frees the sales team to be all about service. And they are. I started thinking about VWs last year and Aaron spent time giving me a master class on everything about VWs. This year, when I contacted Erik to inquire about car I was interested, he continued this education with specific knowledge about my Tiguan. And then from meeting Erik in person, to the test drive, to the overnight of pondering, through the quick and easy financing (sorry finance guy - your name escapes me, but I did want to mention you also made this a perfect experience), to the driving off the lot, the whole process was exactly how I would have liked it to be. I think that is the thing, Erik helps you buy a car the way you want to buy a car. I also want to mention Zack and Mr. Mackner in service. After a couple weeks I discovered my car seat had a slight issue. These guys made it right as soon as I brought the car in. So the service after the sale is also really phenomenal. So I just scanned this before submitting it and sounds pretty glowing. But I am a real customer, happily driving around Detroit Lakes. The experience just really was that good. More

Rare do I award the highest rating, however, Erik & Valley EARN it. I've done business with Valley, enjoying nothing but wonderful "end result" experiences, no matter what the situation, since 1993.
