One thing I was frustrated with was that all-season floor mats did not arrive when picking up my SUV. My dealer ordered the fifth one right away after I picked up my SUV. I had to wait about two weeks by usi mats did not arrive when picking up my SUV. My dealer ordered the fifth one right away after I picked up my SUV. I had to wait about two weeks by using four of them (not perfectly new) taken from another display model. The fifth one was delivered to the dealership in a plastic bag, so I know it's the new one. However, I had to keep the given floor mats that my dealer cleaned for us and installed in my SUV. What if the mats all arrived timely? I am sad that my dealer even did not recognize the missed item before I told him. I am still not sure all my orders are correctly installed as I was not informed by comparing what I requested/paid with what I have now. That is, I was not informed about the final vehicle pricing. Hope that it is not going to happen again for any others when they are preordering from Valley Imports. More
