This is my third visit to Valley Imports, for service to my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. For my first visit, I made an appointment online and wrote that I needed help getting the SSID number for my vehicl my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. For my first visit, I made an appointment online and wrote that I needed help getting the SSID number for my vehicle, so that I could use the Mitsubishi app. Mitsubishi Customer Support said that this should take a few minutes, and would be no cost, as I’m in warranty. After I arrived and explained the situation again, they said I needed to make another appointment. During my second visit, they took my car to the back for 15 minutes (including the time to run it through the car wash) and charged me $140. My TPMS Service Required light came on during a recent business trip, so I called to make an appointment (as making one online before required a second appointment). The service representative said just to swing in and they’d look at it. I drove there an hour later, only to be told that I’d need to make an appointment. I made one for 10am on Friday, and arrived right on time. I was told that my issue would be covered under warranty, and that it should take an hour or two to fix. Nearly 6 hours later, the service rep came to me and asked when I’d last taken off my tires. I advised that my Outlander has had the same tires on it since I purchased it late last year, and I haven’t switched any tires. The service rep said it looked like the tire pressure monitor was broken when the tires were taken on/off, that Mitsubishi likely wouldn’t cover it, and that I was looking at $375. I told the service advisor that I was not paying that, he asked for a few minutes, and then came back and said Mitsubishi would cover it after all. *One thing I DO like that Valley Imports does is that the mechanic sends you a video / walk around of your vehicle explaining what services they performed. My videos from my initial service and my recent issue both clearly showed the same tires. I’m giving 2 stars, only because they ended up doing the right thing - but someone afraid to speak up would have paid $375 and been on their way. More

It was singularly worst experience we have ever had by way of service of our car and customer service. Our car came back worse than the way it was when we brought the car in for service. Even the repair way of service of our car and customer service. Our car came back worse than the way it was when we brought the car in for service. Even the repair that was said to be done was not done, for which we paid. When we queried about the still broken light, we were told bring the car in for another diagnostic, which would have cost us another $150 just for the diagnostic. To add insult to injury, the technician had already done a diagnostic when we first brought in the car. We strongly believe that you are the only dealership that can service our Mercedes and therefore, you are exploiting our inability to go anywhere else for the service of our car. Thank you, however, for whatever service you provided for our car, which is still broken and worse off than when brought the car in for service. Regards, Richard Kyaw More

Very thorough. Video inspection leaves me with peace of mind. We are from out of town, so we didn’t realize the process would take a few hours. We were offered a ride to the mall or a restaurant. First time driver didn’t show up after waiting about 20-30 mins. We made the request again and driver was there within 10mins. Had driver take us to a restaurant, and all was good! Will plan accordingly for the next oil change/ servicing. It happened to be raining, so we were given a ‘raincheck’ on the carwash, which I appreciated! I feel safe having my car serviced here because of the thoughtful way in which you provided me detailed information about my car. Every person we met was very knowledgeable in their professional expertise. Thank you for your professionalism, courtesy and care. The time was worth it. More
