Brought my W211 in to simply diagnose an engine tick, and a leaking air spring. Without even pulling the dipstick, they told me that I needed to replace the entire engine. The car only has 136,000 miles. It a leaking air spring. Without even pulling the dipstick, they told me that I needed to replace the entire engine. The car only has 136,000 miles. It starts right up. Idles smooth as silk, still gets 23mpg and has every bit of that 268hp. By simply checking the timing marks, they could have confirmed my suspicion of a faulty cam phaser. I don’t know if this was plain laziness, or if that was just your way of saying that you don’t want my business. But the end result is the same. I will never be back, and I will tell everyone I see about my awful experience More

They did a good job on painting the frame. The polishing on the tanks and wheels were good but the battery box covers and crown look like there wasn't much effort done.
