We decided to purchase our Tiguan from Valley Imports because our friend Bob Rohla highly recommended the Sales Staff and the vehicle. Zach Bye is our sales person. I was nervous walking into Valley Imports but was totally blown away with how laid back all the staff were. I truly felt like they wanted to help me find the vehicle I wanted instead of trying to sell me a v blown away with how laid back all the staff were. I appreciated that they are paid a salary instead of commission so there was no additional pressure to purchase something I was not 100% happy with. The financial staff spoke plainly with real life examples of how the additional warranties can be beneficial, again, without the stress of pressuring me into buying anything I didn't feel I needed. It was the most stress-free car buying experience I've had and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
