The place is clean. The people friendly. They’ll take you to were you want to go while your vehicle is being serviced and come pick you up. Dogs are aloud in the place. There lounge is nice. I needed two items done, - One at service center and one at reconditioning. As a customer, I don’t know who does what and was not told you have 2 departments (this is a new vehicle and my first visit). I wa at reconditioning. As a customer, I don’t know who does what and was not told you have 2 departments (this is a new vehicle and my first visit). I was made to feel it was my fault. They didn’t work well together and I struggled to get status as one department said the other was not done me but the other department said they were. It was frustrating. I dropped it off at 7:30 am on a Thursday and had to call and try to get it back in time for the Labor Day weekend at 5 pm on Friday. Thankfully my salesperson was able to step in. Overall, not a good first impression. More

Always a good experience with Valley Imports and I have been there a ton with a tricky Audi Q7. They are professional, I love the video review of findings and plan of action. I brought in a different brand than is sold here and they did an oil change and checked everything over for my 1,000 mile trip. My car uses only synthetic oil and the previous oil change was a synthetic blend. The service department at Valley only uses 100 percent synthetic which is a plus.Alao, they got me in the following day from when I called when other places were days behind. Thanks to the staff who worked w me on getting it in when I needed it. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The oil change was done quickly and I was on my way. I can’t think of a more pleasant experience! Thanks Wayne and the staff for a great job!!!! More
