Fargo Audi Service Center is a pleasure to visit. Driving in you notice how clean it is. Check in was efficiently handled by Michelle. While there I received a video inspection of my car narrated by the mechanic working on it; this is a great service. Text told me my car was finished in the time frame stated. While I was visiting with sales, Michelle loaded my Menards purchases into car. Finally I received a detailed report of what was done to the car and what the charges were, all very clear. In addition to the service requested, a very detailed multi-point inspection was done. I hopped into my clean Audi, compliments of their on site car wash confident that my car was serviced correctly and completely. I received a follow up phone call checking to see that I was satisfied with the service followed by this survey. To say I was satisfied is an understatement. This is the way to operate a service center. I have no doubt this kind of service returns much customer loyalty. Highly recommended. More
