Scheduling an appointment is easy; however, my vehicle does not get into a service bay for hours after the appointment time (appointment at 10, gets into bay about appointment is easy; however, my vehicle does not get into a service bay for hours after the appointment time (appointment at 10, gets into bay about 2 p.m.) with service completed about 3:15.
