I was pleased with the end product--my car seems fixed, Originally, a yellow engine light warned of electrical problems so I was concerned. and called Valley Motors as instructed. Their diagnostic testing showed the problem, which , thankfully, seemed to be an easy fix. However, I was very disappointed in the process, which showed a serious lack of communication between service and the floor manager. My car was there four days before my contact person even knew it!! When I called he on the 4th day, , she said, Oh, your car is here already? Living three hours from the dealership, I requested a drop-off by a third party who was driving there on business on a Saturday morning, an appointment time for a Monday morning in case any parts needed to be ordered, and a pick-up the following Friday. All arrangements were Ok'd by service on the phone. By Wednesday when I had not heard from anyone, I called them. I left messages. When I finally reached my contact person, she said they had not yet started work on the car. At no time did anyone call me unless I initiated that through messages left, until they wondered about payment. I strongly advise some improved communication between service and contact people as well as between contact people and customers. I marked on this survey that I would recommend the dealership---I had no way to add I'd recommend the service Dept. I would add a warning to others about the communication problem! More

Everyone I worked with was very kind and knowledgeable. Appointment was simply to get an extra key cut and programmed for my vehicle. Appointment ran 45 minutes longer than guestimated because my keys appa Appointment was simply to get an extra key cut and programmed for my vehicle. Appointment ran 45 minutes longer than guestimated because my keys apparently got locked in the car while no one was in it and they had to break into the car to get it open. This damaged my exterior B pillar, but Valley is replacing it. More
