What can I say friendly people very personable got good coffee and I was at 25 words they were I love the filming they filmed the car and then they text it to me and now that was really neat! One thing that makes me feel bad they got me to buy a new fob because they thought mine was bad in the service department tested my old original fobs and they were just as good as a $300 new one I had to buy that I can’t take back. I came out of this with a few big criticisms. The first is communication - they're just too busy. I tried to call multiple times and the phone just continued ringing for minutes on end until it hung up au is communication - they're just too busy. I tried to call multiple times and the phone just continued ringing for minutes on end until it hung up automatically. It was honestly quicker for me to go to the location and get someone in person than it was to keep trying to call! This held true both the day I made the appointment, and then the day of the appointment. It was awful. They obviously need a few more employees. The second was time taken - I made an appointment at 10am, and was told then it would take a couple hours to even get to it! What was the point of the appointment? Again, obviously needing more employees. The third is price - $169 an hour diagnosis! Which then got charged for something that likely took them less than 10 minutes as it ended up being the exact thing they expected before even looking at it! In this case, rodents having chewed through a cable. Given the price of repair for things this was ridiculous to have added in. Heck, if I'd have gotten under my car before I went there (a check engine light was on) I would have been able to tell them what it was too! Again, just no way this took them a full hour to diagnose. And that price there is a rip off. The upsides: They were willing to work on me for price to actually get the wiring repaired. It was still probably a good $150 more than it should have been, but at least they were willing to work with me. All the representatives and people I worked with were friendly, and I know it isn't their fault that prices are high, or they're too busy. That's what makes the ratings a bit hard to give, as there are peaks, and some very deep valleys. More
