We had to diagnose our own problem after two visits to this dealership. Then we had to force our way to service. It was the battery; I am in my 80s and rving time is short in Minnesota. Thank you to those who helped us finally get our problem solved. Our Mercedes is still under warranty so it is not an old chasis.We will now get to enjoy summer ! More

My 2003 SL500 had been at another shop in my home town for just a month short of two years, and in all this time. Maas Euroworks was not able to fix the problems, so since he had left the roof only partly for just a month short of two years, and in all this time. Maas Euroworks was not able to fix the problems, so since he had left the roof only partly up and open to the weather, I rented an enclosed trailer and took it to Valley Imports in Fargo. Paul had the car for two months and dealt successfully with several issues, the primary problem was electrical/electronic, due to exposure of electrical wiring to moisture, and some wiring errors committed by Maas. I cannot say enough good about the people I dealt with, Don, Wayne and most especially Paul, the tech who diagnosed the problems and performed the repairs. He worked on the car as other business permitted and I was good with that. Paul was always very cordial, communicative and went above and beyond. I am sorry to see Paul retire soon, lest I have need for his expertise again! The cost of the work was very high, but I don’t think out of line considering the nature of the problems.
