I had my car at Valley Imports for warranty work. When I picked it up from there, I noticed the leather on the driver seat had been damaged. I notified the service advisor about the damage and the grease that was all over the inside of the car. He assured me that the damage would be taken care of and that someone would contact me the following week. No one ever contacted me until I contacted Mercedes-Benz. Then the service manager blatantly lied to Mercedes-Benz stating that they didn't damage the leather and aren't going to do anything about it. Don't trust Valley Imports with your vehicle. If you have to use their service department, make sure to take pictures of your vehicle when you drop it off! Don't make the same mistake I did! It's really sad that their customer service has fallen this far. Also, don't trust their review rating on Facebook. They block most users who leave negative reviews. More
WORST SERVICE EVER! ! Waited 2 months to get in for service, when I arrived learned that shop was down due to computers and nothing can be done to car. No email, phone c ! Came from out of town and was told no loaner car would be given so had another vehicle follow. No recourse so asked to be advised when able to get me in. NO CALL, NO NOTICE. Finally called and soonest in was another month. Gave up - will not go here again and has turned me and others off from ever buying a foreign car. More

I have had a number of issues with my Audi Q7; to say that I am frustrated is putting it lightly. My vehicle issues are not because of Valley Imports, but John Aarfor personally reached out to me to help resolve my issues and to make sure I have a positive experience with Valley Imports. I have been a loyal customer, and this is what I look for when in need of service. John's time to address issues and work with me was very much appreciated. More

Tyler Meier, you were great! Tyler picked up my vehicle in Fargo, moved it between glass repair, the dealership, and in and out of service. Then great job of cleanup and delivery back to me! I did nothing but sign paperwork. Great jobs all! More

Very friendly, completed scheduled service in a timely manner. The one issue I have, that I thought about after the fact, is that they contacted me during my service to let me know my wipers were streaky manner. At this point, I had owned the vehicle for just over a week, so why didn’t they replace the wiper blades before they sold it to me? More
Scheduled oil change - took 2 and 1/2 hours? Seems strange when you have an appt - would try to avoid going again. Said it would take an hour or so?
