Called April - was told soonest could get in was June. (2 months) Scheduled for June 21. Was told no courtesy cars and appointment would take all day (2 recalls and oil change/inspect). Since I came from out of town I took day of PTO and had another vehicle follow to spend day in Fargo. When I arrived I learned that the shop had been down for several days with computer issues and nothing could be done for me. No call or notice of cancellation. Left name and number and asked that I be contacted to get service done when able. After 2 more weeks and no call or follow-up I called and inquired about service again. It was now July and was told mid-August was soonest. Decided to take care of oil myself and not risk another episode with you. After 5 months I can say that my business isn't important to you. I run a multi million dollar operation and own my own business - I would have definitely done more to aquire a new customer. After owning my first foreign vehicle I definitely tell people that the vehicles are great - service is the worst.
