My first pacifica Brandon met us as we came into the dealership..I have owned 7 Chrysler mini vans and had no choice but to move to a Pacifica since Chrysler no longer Brandon met us as we came into the dealership..I have owned 7 Chrysler mini vans and had no choice but to move to a Pacifica since Chrysler no longer makes mini vans. I had seen and driven a pacific and new that was what I wanted. Brandon took us to see the pacificas. I saw the red one and knew that was my color. He explained the differences in the different models and we were able to choose. Brandon was great, personable and professional. In about two hours we had purchased our new Pacifica. Wich compared to other dealers I have visited was a blessing, I had to leave a few dealerships due to the pressure of making purchase when I was upfront that I may not purchase at that exact moment. Brandon was very understanding to this, gave me his phone number so when I was ready to purchase he would be ready. not only was he ready but the truck I wanted was washed and pulled up front for me and my wife to check out and take for a test drive. financing also was as easy, we stated where we needed to be along with the amount we would put down and they came in right where we needed and wanted to be at.
