Hands down, best experience buying a new car, ever, period. Stopped in on a Sunday not even knowing the dealership was open on Sundays. Was looking at trading a car in and buying new. They had the vehicle I had researched and wanted on the lot. Took a test drive, agreed upon a price, agreed upon a trade in value, put a deposit down before I left, and took delivery of the car the next day. There is absolutely zero chance I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else in the state, and for that matter, I am not even sure if I could have done better anywhere on the east coast. Numerous times I have left dealerships after buying a car with a sinking feeling that they "got me" somehow. I did not have that feeling leaving Falls motor city. I have never felt better about buying a new car in my life. Low pressure, fair, patient, all the things that other dealerships have reputations for not being, Falls motor city is. I already know that when we are ready for the next new car, there is no point in going anywhere else. More

Easy and Awesome Experience! I've been looking for a new Cherokee for several months. Although Falls Motor City is over an hour away from my home, I found the exact car in stock I've been looking for a new Cherokee for several months. Great service Betsey is the best service rep I have ever dealt with at any dealership. I had to have some recall work done on my Grand Cherokee. When I called on Friday, Betsy checked to see that they had the parts. She made an appointment for me to have the work done the following Tuesday. She had a Town and Country minivan for me to use while I had the work done. I was out the door in ten minutes! She was organized! She called me when the work was done and did not wait until the end of the day until the dealership was about to close which has happened at my old dealership.
