Kevin Davis was honest and did a great job corresponding before the appointment. They offered me a reasonable trade-in value and worked hard to make sale happen without high pressure. EXCELLENT SERVICE I am not one to write a review very often, but I am one to give credit where it is deserved. My 2016 car shopping process began at another Jeep deale I am not one to write a review very often, but I am one to give credit where it is deserved. My 2016 car shopping process began at another Jeep dealership who was extremely unmotivated and had no desire to make a sale on a Sunday. Sunday night I went on Falls Motor City dealership website (just to search their inventory) and was connected with Kevin Davis. We chatted online for a brief time and he gave me his number so he could help get me into a newer jeep with a more comfortable payment. I gave him a call, and this was at 7pm on a SUNDAY night where he was working from HOME just to make a potential customer happy, he has never met me before and knew little about my eagerness to buy a new car.... Within 5 minutes on the phone- he found me the car I instantly fell in love with just from pictures. Monday afternoon I met with Kevin and the process was so seamless it amazed me! I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone and everyone in the market for a car! Great personality, NOT PUSHY at all and was very grateful he was able to find me a car that I LOVED in a price range I loved even more! More
