When we first arrived we were greeted before we even reached the door and not just directed to the salesman we were looking for but the gentleman walked us across the parking area & led us to Kevin. Kevin was very knowledgable about the vehicle and explained all the little details from what each button on the dash/steering wheel does to the flashlight in the back, he was quick to get the key & return (we were at 2 other big-name dealerships in our local area that we thought the salespeople got lost) and he as well as everyone we dealt with was friendly and courteous. Cole also was very knowledgable about the financing, the pluses & minuses of different lenders & the extended warranty package. Overall, considering we were purchasing a vehicle that was going to cost me alot of money each month & I HATE car shopping, it was a pretty pleasant experience. More
