Just bought a new Jeep Liberty from John Gorny at this dealership, a delightful import from Poland selling imports from Detroit! Then the ride from hell .....brakes didn't slow the vehicle properly, (I didn't think I was going to stop at several stop signs, even when downshifting along with breaking, motor was surging and abating, climbing a hill as I returned to the dealership the best my beefy 3.7 liter six would do was 20 MPH!with sputtering and the like. I phoned the sales person from my just synched cell and said I was bringing back the lemon. When I pulled in he motioned me into the service bay and the head of the service department introduced himself, (Joe Brown), and went to work. As my new vehicle's clock had not been set to daylight savings time, I thought it was 3:45 PM when I came back, it was actually 4:45. Mr Brown and an associate went to work diagnosing that a foreign object( a bolt or something similarly shaped) had been dropped in the manufacturing of the vehicle and had lodged in the valve controlling the fuel intake which had in turn jacked up the computer that made the thing run properly which had in turn jacked up the accelerator pedal somehow and they just went at it for well over and hour AFTER QUITTING TIME to allow me to drive away in my newly functional new car that day. Talk about above and beyond the call!!! These guys rock. A no hassle deal and customer service that one might go a lifetime without experienceing twice!! Rock on Falls Motor City!!! More

I really despise shopping for a vehicle and dealing with pushy salespeople. I worked with Jon Gorny. Jon was not pushy. He was very friendly and helpful. Jon and I actually formed a relationship outside of the dealership. We are both into technology and enjoy swapping ideas. I stop by the dealership once a week, get a car wash and chat. Basically bought a used 2010 Cadillac Sport Wagon over the internet and via email, working with Greg. We agreed upon a price for my trade-in and a price for the Cadillac. All my wife and I had to do was drive to the dealership (200 miles), take a quick test drive, and finalize the paperwork, which was for the most part ready to go when we got there. 2006 Ram 2500 cummins,under warranty.took truck in for engine missfire,there diagnosis was no service engine light,no problem.truck left my family with a trailer stuck on the highway a 100 miles from home engine missfire,there diagnosis was no service engine light,no problem.truck left my family with a trailer stuck on the highway a 100 miles from home at midnight.towed back to dealer they informed me i got bad fuel and i needed a set of injectors at the tune of 5500$.after my insurance payed the bill,they left the old oil in the engine with 1/2 gallon of diesel fuel in the crank case.truck made it 105 and left us stranded,another bad injector!they miss diagnosed again and replaced injector wiring harness.my fuel milage went from 22 to 12. the truck smokes on start up and is putting fuel in the oil again.no ses light on so they will not be able to diagnose!I will find a dealer that can properly diagnose a diesel engine. More
