I shopped around at many dealers, then I contacted Subaru of Longmont via the internet. Becca Rodclay became my excellent contact and sales associate or force. She is responsive to electronic requests and communications, friendly and warm to work with, dealt with us in a professional way to satisfy our needs as well as obtaining a fair price. I most appreciated her great customer oriented attitude to create a win-win for all of us. No games, great service, knowledgeable about the product else would get the answers quickly. She also did great follow up after the sale to help me with some odd issues. She would be an associate of choice for us. I also would applaud or highly recommend the sales team at Subaru of Longmont. When we dropped in unannounced and Becca was not working that day, Jason McQueen stepped up, assessed the problem that was obviously a Subaru of America issue, and solved our problem immediately. Neither the dealership nor the sales staff needed to do anything since it was again what I believe was a Subaru of America short coming, but Jason got it resolved making us even happier customers. It likely saved me from any small claims action, which I would not ever expect I would need from Longmont Subaru since they are a great business to work with. Finally, my experience with the service department has always been great, too or why I drive maybe 50 miles to get service there. Yes, they are a dealer of choice--I chose them over many others in the metro area. More
