The staff at Subaru of Loveland were courteous and professional. Robert made the negotiating easy. Once our new car was delivered, Brandon trained us on the many features, set up our phones to communicate with the car and made sure paperwork was in order. The atmosphere at the dealership was very casual, no pressure to commit or purchase extra features or warranty.

I have been coming to this dealership since 2017. - Sharlene

I have been coming to this dealership since 2017. It is hands-down the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I trust them to be honest with me about whatever is going on with my vehicles. I cannot say enough about their customer service over the years. They are doing it right! It is almost like an fun outing for me to take my car in. I can either choose to wait in the waiting area they have -which is lovely, or be dropped off in Boulder somewhere by their shuttle service and picked up when I am ready. I drive up from downtown Denver and it is totally worth the drive.

Holy smokes - these guys are the real deal. - rad_dad

Holy smokes - these guys are the real deal. We were taken through the entire process of buying a new car with ease, two kids in two, and worked through so many details before even arriving. Our car was prepped and ready to go before we were even done talking business. If you've been disappointed at other dealerships, run here. Ask for Jimmy. You're welcome.
