The sales process was just ok. The salespeople were very informed about the vehicles. Their communication, although always respectful, was not very good. They didn't "reply all" when requested. They avoided certain requests or missed them altogether. I wouldn't write a review except that, before actually driving away, their "business manager" could not stop pitching me products I told him over and over again that I didn't want. I had to get his sales manager to get him to stop and let us drive away. In no way does the title business manager fit. All he was doing was selling insurance. Not his fault really, but a problem with the dealership policies. Maybe all car dealerships do this. More
