Terrible experience I had no choice but to rate this dealership with one star just to start a review. I will be adding names and all with in the Van Chevrolet dealership. If interested, please keep reading. THIS IS THR WORST DEALER/ SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A DEALERSHIP. A part from one person, which I will touch on the end. Let me start from the beginning. I was “referred” from my lovely cousin to this dealer & dealership. But whose to say just because one had a good experience the next won’t be bad right? First one to go down is going to be the Dealer Shannon. This girl, seems innocent but don’t let that fool you, she’s a shady little one. She called me so interested in selling me vehicle I was In search for. She found it, no doubt. But to make sure I didn’t go through the dealer ship that was closer to my house, she made sure she bought the vehicle so my car sale would take place with her. And her only. Well dear Shannon you didn’t get the car inspected before you sold it to me which was illegal. The day after the car is sold, the service engine light turned on. Immediately I’m thinking recall. I was lied to repeated times when I went to the dealership about the car being inspected. With out given an RO to show there had been a recent inspection. Smh this is just the first thing that happened. After I spoke to Shannon’s boss, Colby, he said to bring the car in with out a scheduled appointment to have it looked at. He ensured I didn’t need an appointment. So I woke up bright and early on my Saturday to get there by 9am. Requested Colby and told him the situation, when I told him the reason as to why I was not dropping the vehicle in as then informed they were short staffed and I needed the vehicle to be dropped off. Well Colby, that’s not what I was told on the phone. Mr. Misleading, after I spoke to your boss that didn’t seem to be the case right? Let me tell you all something, I worked for a dealership corporate office for almost 5 years. & I now work for a law firm. The jokes are on you. Shannon you got your sketchy sale for your commission but that’s all you got because I will forever shame you as a car dealer. You come across fake and phony due to this sale. I have to clean up your mess because you decided to be lazy with this car sale. And Colby, I see where she gets it from as you are her boss. I guess the apple doesn’t fall to far from your team. As for Vicent, he was the only “decent” person out of you both. If reading this just know you have a few of employees under your belt that are lazy, sketchy, misleading individuals. I consider leaving and going to another dealership and every chance I get I will bad review your dealership. All because of a lazy half xxx sale. By the way I’m still waiting for my car to be detailed too since it was sold with out a detail and a proper inspection. More
